Welcome to my contact me page of this website. My goal is to provide you with important information about your health and why supplements may prove beneficial to you. The human body is made of billions of cells. If you feed your cells their proper nutrients and protect them from the toxins and free radicals, then you should be a healthier person.

Too many people day are dying from degenerative disease. I have lost many people closest to me as I am sure you have. One of them being my best friend and on August 11, 2008, I lost my Dad to lung cancer. This is a big reason why I have created this website. I wish to help others not have to go through this whether it is you or your loved ones. You can do something to help yourself then those you love.

In addition to personal advice from Dr. Ray D. Strand M.D. I also have access to a group of scientists that manufacture and research nutritional supplements and foods.
